- Join us for a Newcomer Orientation Meeting. At 9:30 AM on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, new or prospective members can come to a 1-hour meeting to find out all about the Senior Center, along with how to get involved and to make the most of their time here as members. It’s also a chance to get questions answered and meet others who are new. People can stay for VOA lunch after the meeting, if they desire and are already signed up. Transportation Program: This program is intended to serve senior and disabled persons in Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Franktown, Sedalia, Larkspur, Perry Park and Louviers, for center members or non-members.
Riders must be registered to use this service.
Meals on Wheels Program: The Senior Center runs the Meals on Wheels Program for Douglas County.
Hot Lunch Program – through Volunteers of America (VOA): It is served at 11:30 am on Tuesdays & Thursdays and is a full nutritious meal, with the main course listed on our monthly calendar.

Sports / Athletics: Bowling League, Golf League, Hiking, Softball Leagues.
Game Time: Afternoon of Games, Bingo, Bridge Groups, Bunco, Polish Poker.
Types of Trips to Places outside the Center: Bucket List Trips, Casino Trips, Free Seniors’ Council Meeting Presentations, Mystery Trips, Organized Tour Trips, Overnight Trips, Shopping Trips, Theater or Concert Trips.
The Membership Fee is $36 per year, on a rolling membership so renewal will be in the same month the following year.
We are open to people 50+ and have a wide range of diverse programming.
We exceeded the 1,000 member mark in 2017.
Becoming a member offers you a variety of benefits, including being able to participate in all activities at the center at a reduced Activity Fee rate. You can receive our monthly newsletter by mail or email. You are also able to use our copier, fax machine, paper shredder and Notary Services at a suggested contribution. Be sure to stop at the front desk to have a picture ID taken to use for checking in when you are here to visit. We are a Membership/Board organization. As a member, your vote is important to having your voice heard. We have a general meeting every November where elections are held.
Non-members are always welcome as well! If you are not a member and attending any outing, after you register, you will also need to complete a Guest Waiver.

Yes, we issue a monthly “Rockin’ Seniors Newsletter”. They are available on our website or you may pick one up at the Senior Center.
Members may request to have our newsletters mailed to them.
When items are found or turned in, we keep them in a basket at the front desk. Please call 303-688-9498 or stop by the front desk to see if we have what you are looking for.
We have a lending program to borrow equipment on a temporary basis, such as wheelchairs, bath chairs, walkers, canes and crutches. We have a limited supply and these vary daily. Please stop by the front desk or call 303-688-9498 to check availability.

Make a Donation: We accept monetary donations at any time, and these can be designated for a specific purpose upon request. Donations are accepted in person with cash, check or credit card, or donate online.
