Transportation Program
The Transportation Program is intended to serve:
- Senior and disabled persons in Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Franktown, Sedalia, Larkspur, Perry Park and Louviers
- Senior Center members and non-members
Shuttle service is available from your home to places in Castle Rock – grocery stores or other places to visit, or for medical appointments up to Lincoln Avenue. These must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance. Medical appointments take priority, and our program only operates between 8:30 AM -3 PM Monday through Friday. Individual “special” rides for medical appointments can also be made to facilities in the Denver Metro area, with at least a week’s notice.
We have a fleet of vehicles which are driven by compassionate and trained volunteer drivers. All riders must be registered to schedule rides, so please be sure to complete the following documents to register with us as a rider.
Before completing these forms, please take a moment to review the CRSAC Rider Policy Manual & Grievance Procedure Packet. To REGISTER AS A RIDER, complete the following forms and return them to Shannon O’Brien, Assistant Director at sobrien@crgov.com. We also have a fleet of buses and mini-vans we use to transport participants from the Senior Center to trips, restaurants and outings we go on daily. Look for our buses around town.
